 Introduction

I, am Deviprasad Paul, Science Graduate, presently working as a Science Teacher in Binnakandi High School, Binnakandi T.E. Cachar, Assam. I am now doing M.A. (Edu) from I.G.N.O.U. I am also Co-ordinator of Aryabhatta Science Centre, Binnkandi Block, which is a wing of Assam Science Technology and Environment Council, an autonomous body under Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of Assam.

I am delighted to open the web page which is purely for my educational purpose. The main aim behind preparing this web page is for submission of my assignment in M.A. (Edu) under I.G.N.O.U, New Delhi.

The reason behind preparing this web page  is to aware the peoples basically the guardian community of the country in regards enforcement of new law called “The right of children to free and compulsory education Act 2009” by the Govt. of India.
